Shift Manager Logistics (m/w/d)

For a new location in Schifferstadt, we are looking for an experienced shift manager (m/w/d) at the next possible time, who wants to accompany and develop operations from the start with passion and leadership.

Responsibility for all daily storage activities: receipt of goods, storage, picking, shipping, returns

Ensuring smooth shift transfer and monitoring of operational KPIs

Control and operational cooperation in all warehouse processes

Communication with internal interfaces and external partners

Leadership and development of a growing team (0–50 employees)

Planning and coordination of employees (interest and employee transfer)

Proven leadership experience in logistics

Hands-on mentality and motivation to build a new location

Operational experience in all relevant storage processes

Experience in dealing with temporary workers (AÜ)

Very good knowledge of German and English

readiness to work in the layer system (spring and late layer, no night layers)
