Alphawave is an independent, systematic investment and trading boutique based in Düsseldorf. We develop quantitative investment solutions for institutional investors who expect structure, transparency and resilient processes – and partners who really understand capital markets. Location: Düsseldorf (HQ-Office) / Hybrid Scope: Full time Wages: €120,000 – €180,000 depending on experience and qualification (Fixum + uncovered commission) Your mission You are the central player for institutional investors looking for differentiated, quantitative investment solutions. You accompany decision-makers across the entire process – from initial content exchange to long-term partnership. You don't represent standard products, but declaration-needed, structured strategies with clear quantitative foundation. Together with Research, Capital Markets and Management, you develop our institutional distribution – content, strategic and sustainable.

You gain institutional investors and build sustainable relationships, such as family offices, foundations, asset managers or pension funds. You conduct talks at eye level, structure complex content in a comprehensible manner and convincingly position quantitative investment solutions.

You present strategies in pitches and due diligence appointments, accompany decision-making processes and bring feedback from the market back into product development and strategy.

You are present on roadshows, conferences and special events and are constantly developing your network.

You bring experience in the institutional distribution of capital market products and understand the policy logic of professional investors. Ideally, you have already worked with structured products, fixed income or alternative investments. You are interested in quantitative and systematic investment strategies and can communicate their logic with you.

You work structured, independent and think entrepreneurial.

You communicate clearly, professionally and professionally – in German reliable and in English very safe.
