You are responsible for the entire sales process in the area of countries and municipalities – from the identification of business opportunities to the processing of tenders to the successful conclusion of the contract You build long-term, trusted relationships with strategic customers:in the public sector, and you’re looking forward to these – especially with ministries, state offices, municipal institutions and authorities You develop and implement tailor-made IT and cloud solutions that meet the specific requirements of local and regional administration You conduct market analyses and identify new business opportunities in the area of digitalization, administrative modernisation and municipal IT infrastructure You actively participate in the negotiation and coordination of major projects in the field of digital management solutions, cloud infrastructure and secure platforms You work closely with internal teams such as Bid Management, Business Development, Public Affairs, Presales and Professional Services to efficiently implement customer requirements
You have several years of experience in sales in the public sector – ideally focusing on state administrations, municipal IT service providers or municipal institutions You have knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions and security architectures for the public sector You have a deep understanding of the specific requirements, funding conditions, procurement processes and regulations at national and local level You have successfully implemented sales strategies and projects with authorities or public institutions You are confident in dealing with decision-makers: at administrative and political level You fluently master German and English in word and writing
