Technical salesman / customer advisor in the office in Nohra wanted! (m/f/d)

We, Cseri GmbH Erdbaugeräte Baumaschinentechnik, are a medium-sized company in the UNO Industrial Park near Weimar. For more than 30 years, we have successfully equipped excavators with suitable attachments and are a reliable partner in construction engineering.

We are looking for a Technical seller/customer consultant in the field (m/w/d) in full time.

Your tasks:

• Telephone and written customer advice on our technical products and solutions
• Create and edit offers, order confirmations and invoices
• Order tracking and customer support until completion
• Maintenance and updating of customer and product master data in the ERP system

Your profile:

• Technical understanding in mechanical engineering and hydraulics
• Professional experience in a consulting or sales-oriented environment, e.g. service consultant in a car house
• Sovereign handling of ERP systems and no bareness in front of direct customer contact
• Joy in working in the team and in exchange with customers by phone and email
• Good organisational capacity and a structured working method
