Projektleiter:in / Techniker:in (m/w/d) Coordination and control of subcontractors in the field of TGA (heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation) Examination and technical approval of planning documents, execution plans and technical calculations Ensuring compliance with technical guidelines, standards, regulatory requirements, and project-specific requirements from permits and regulatory requirements Participation in the creation of performance directories, tenders and award documents Interface coordination between the trade unions and their disciplines, both internally and with subcontractors Participation in construction meetings and management of technical communication with clients, specialist planners and exporting companies Monitoring the execution, quality testing and coordination of assembly and commissioning activities, coordination with experts Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, regulations and customer-specific requirements (DIN, VDE, VOB, HOAI) Support for project calculation, scheduling, quality management and documentation Place of use at the construction site in Munich (project duration until the end of 2028)

Completed degree (Bachelor/ Master/ Diploma) of the Department of Supply Technology and Technicians' degree of technical building equipment Multiannual professional experience in the field of technical building equipment, ideal for plant construction/industrial Safe handling of technical documentation and standard procedures (e.g. according to VDI/ VDE guidelines) and contract works (VOB, HOAI) Convenient handling of common planning and CAD tools (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, BIM-Viewer COMOS) Teamability, Structured Operation and Communication Strength Very good German and good English skills
