Senior Expert in the HR sub-area ''Global Assignments'' (m/w/d)

As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,700 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. We are looking for responsible IT specialists who are convinced that the Bundeswehr-IT will further develop in challenging digitalization projects and thus contribute to Germany's security. Together with us, you are worried about the future digital capability of the Bundeswehr. Senior Consultant (m/w/d) from now on and in full time in Meckenheim or Bonn. The HR (partial) area ‘Federal Employments & Global Assignment’ is in particular responsible for policy and procedural issues. The team acts, among other things, as an interface to the HR management of the Bundeswehr (Bw) and to HR topics Bund/Bw. All strategic and operational personnel issues are coordinated with Bw. The International Assignments Competence Centre is responsible for the use of BWI personnel abroad. The focus of the content is on the use of “use management” and “operation at foreign services of the Bw”. The team acts as a central interface in connection with all personal and economic issues. Foreign use of BWI personnel is examined, planned, coordinated and implemented here.

Coordination and implementation of the entire process of sending abroad, from preparation to reintegration, taking into account and applying the respective country-specific legal situations (in particular social insurance, employment and residence, as well as wage tax requirements) and internal regulations of the BWI (with the involvement of other internal specialist departments or external service providers) Communication with authorities in Germany and abroad Advising executives and project leaders from the point of view of cross-border personnel use Consultancy and escalation department for the HR Department on questions of cross-border work (e.g. workation) Support in the design of principles concerning the use of BWI personnel abroad, taking into account the organisational and personal policy objectives of BWI (adaptation to the changed order situation Bw) Compilation of processes, checklists and instructions for actionResponsible and independent planning, control and implementation of projects in the overall context of the “basic competence abroad”

Completed studies focusing on human resources or comparable training Relevant professional experience in HR work as a HR generalist and in sending management knowledge on cross-border work and in the fields of international labour, social insurance, residence and tax law Outstanding interest in compliance requirements related to international personnel use, in particular in the Bw customer environment High level of service orientation with pleasure in a wide range of tasks as well as strong team skills Self-employed, carefully shaped and targeted working methods, and willingness to take responsibility Organisational strength and reliability Very good knowledge of all MS Office applications, SAP knowledge Intercultural competence, also enjoying their own experience abroad and enthusiasm for work in an international environment Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, other foreign languages of advantage
