As a consultant:in construction management you will review the contracts of engineering services and support with your legal expertise In engineering communities, you prepare the INGE meetings, guide them independently and start documentation You prepare the supervisory board sessions in engineering communities, guide them in cooperation with the technical leadership and start documentation; In the course of the supervisory board meeting, you will automatically decide In representation of the technical leadership, you conduct negotiations with the client for engineering companies You will also conduct the relevant correspondence for engineering communities You advance the continuous improvement of processes and standards in building management and work closely with the relevant areas (e.g. contract and post-subscription management, purchasing, law, project management and construction monitoring) In complex situations you bring structure and develop pragmatic solutions

Your profile:

The basis of your career is a successfully completed degree in law or a comparable degree programme.
