Professional and disciplinary leadership of the newly formed team “Baumanagement” with 15 professionals Responsibility of line construction projects throughout the distribution network from design planning to commissioning Control of team processes and all interfaces to upstream or downstream processing sites such as asset management, network planning, network operation and commercial areas Selection, use and monitoring of third-party service providers for the preparation and implementation of projects with high project density or special technical requirements Annual and individual planning of approved projects with continuous updating in time shifts Technical preparation and accompanying tenders for framework contracts in civil engineering and electrical assembly Support municipal management in dialogue with concession municipalities Promoting team and personnel development with the focus on increased competence

Successfully completed bachelor's, master's or graduate studies in the field of electrical engineering, deep and piping engineering, civil engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable discipline As an alternative, a successfully completed training and/or further training to the state-tested technician specialist field of electrical engineering, electrical engineering masters and the like (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) Professional experience in the fields of gas, water, district heating or telecommunications with a focus on broadband expansion is explicitly welcome due to the comparable requirements in project, plant and civil engineering. Experience in the electricity industry is advantageous, but no basic requirement Multiannual disciplinary leadership experience with teams, project groups or departments Proofable successes in construction site and project management, ideally in linear infrastructure or management construction Extensive sense of responsibility for occupational safety as well as the ability to consistently live up to them in everyday work High decision strength and the ability to act quickly and well in unforeseen construction site events or budget deviations Impressed communication and enforcement strength, combined with a motivating managerial personality and a cross-sectoral and cooperative way of working
