Own-responsible management of our construction sites in the field of daylight elements - from preparation to successful acceptance Organisation of construction sites including clarification of accessibility, arrangement and testing of constructional services Control of the construction design with regard to dates, quality and costs as well as close coordination with internal and external project participants Maintenance of the building site documentation, implementation of measurements and performance reports and preparation of reports and contributions Coordination of material and construction site logistics - incl. Retrieval of sub-deliveries, container order and aid provision Monitoring, evaluation and acceptance of after-contracting services including quality control, traceability and audit Support in the supply phase and cooperation in process and product improvements

Completely crafted training in the construction or metal sector (e.g. metal builders, roof tops, facade monsters, etc.) (m/w/d) in the façade or building envelope area Multiannual experience in facade construction or assembly of components Knowledge of technical drawings and construction plans Responsible, team-oriented operation as well as safe occurrence to customers and subcontractors readiness to travel within the area of use (e.g. NRW); ideally resident in the region
