Our "Facility Management" business unit covers the entire range of services of a sustainable integrated building management nationwide and ensures the holistic support of administrative, commercial, industrial and infrastructure real estate.

You can do this with us:

• independent maintenance and maintenance of electrical installations and systems
• On-site fault analysis and repair at one of our customers
• Conduct of tests according to DGUV Regulation 3
• Digital documentation of the work carried out
• Maintenance of building equipment (e.g. power supply, lighting, MSR technology)
• Communication with clients and local contact persons

We wish you:

• Completed training as an electronic, electrical installer (w/m/d) or comparable qualification in energy and building technology
• First experience in electrical building technology, house technology in facility management or technical service desirable
• Self-employed and structured work
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Customer-oriented appearance & team spirit
• Class B driving licence
