Various roles: As a holistic advocate for digitization of sales, marketing & service processes, together with our project teams, well-known international companies and Hidden Champions will help you find the right solution for the challenges of the coming years on the basis of the diverse possibilities of the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement Platform. As a coach in our own Dynamics Qualification Program and at various Community Events throughout Germany, you will be able to inform our over 200 Dynamics professionals about the latest trends and solutions from the Microsoft Dynamics portfolio, to present our services and to qualify employees in training. Customer workshops: The moderation of initial customer workshops to identify vision, objectives and requirements and the derivation of measures belong to your tasks. Business-Cases and Portfolio: You eat business-cases and portfolio elements and anchor them in our sales, our project teams and our customers. Sales Support: Support in the presales and answer alerts. Demo-Cases: You design demo cases with the latest Microsoft solutions and implement them. Project cooperation: You work professionally in projects according to your focus, for example as Scrum Master, Project Manager, (Management-)Consultant or Solution-Architect, especially at the start of the project and coach the project teams.

Consulting: You are an early adopter of market trends and customer needs and want to make the difference for our community and our customers as Platform Manager Dynamics. Together with the adesso Account and Business Development Management, you want to actively shape our solution portfolio as well as suitable service offers and ensure their Go2Market incl. offering management in demanding pitches. You understand the consulting business and the need for professional organization. Words such as standardization, qualification, portfolio design, pragmatism and usual methods of project management are part of your daily business. Microsoft Dynamics CE: Around Microsoft Dynamics CE you have already gained a wide range of experiences - both in the presales, supply management and in the operational project business. View over the edge of the plate: You also know yourself in adjacent Microsoft technologies. You bring a well-established network in the Microsoft ecosystem that you can use profitably. Acting autonomously: You work independently, you know how to use degrees of freedom, and you get in common goals.
