For our team sales abroad and licenses, we are looking for an International Business Managerin (m/w/d) in full time at the Berlin site. Your tasks Expansion of the global distribution structure: You identify new markets and develop sales strategies to sustain our international presence Acquisition and support of traders, partners and institutions: You actively gain new business partners and enter our existing contacts abroad Determination of sales opportunities and conditions: You develop innovative billing models and negotiate attractive conditions that optimally position our products in the market Responsibility for the entire contract process: From the first contract negotiation to the successful conclusion, you tax the entire process independently Sales of the program areas: You are responsible for the sales of DaF, DaZ, Duden, VadR, BB, ABS and are actively driving sales development Extraction and control of local/regional consultants: You identify and acquire relevant experts in the target countries and coordinate their use to support our sales activities

Your profile You bring a successfully completed study or completed training, ideally in the area of sales You enjoy direct contact with customers and the sale of our products You work independently, structured and result-oriented and have good numerical understanding and analytical skills A strong level of negotiation, strategic thinking and intercultural competence characterize you You have very good language skills in German (C1) and English (B2) You are strong in communication and enjoy team work In addition, you will bring the willingness to intensive global travel and occasional weekend work with you
