Senior IT Process Manager and IT Business Architect (m/f/d)

You can analyse complex relationships, identify challenges early and gain stakeholders for the necessary changes? Then we are looking for you as Senior IT Process Manager and IT Business Architect (m/w/d).

In this key role, you support IT management in the strategic orientation of KVB's IT, drive the further development of our organization and act as an important interface between IT, departments and external auditors. You support IT management in strategic, organisational and operational issues and create decision-relevant information as well as action recommendations. You identify proactive fields of action and develop independent solutions for the necessary change, possibly with targeted participation of stakeholders. You understand the IT and at the same time have the view of the departments and users so that you can “translate” IT content to the appropriate IT partners in an address-oriented manner as well as to convey the needs of the departments to the appropriate IT partners. You accompany audits and gather relevant information in accordance with the governance requirements.

Complete study of computer science, business information technology or a comparable study programme At least 5 years of professional experience in IT management, IT governance, process management, IT quality management or comparable Detectable successful implementation of change projects Detectional knowledge of governance, risk management and audit requirements Embossed curiosity on new topics, technical relationships and logical links combined with high solution orientation Resilience and Enforceability even in challenging change situations Strong communication and moderation capabilities at all hierarchical levels and the versatile stakeholders
