Tasks Qualification, assessment and development of suppliers through audits, assessments and regular performance reviews. Analysis of quality, supply and performance indicators as well as derivation and follow-up of improvement measures. Control and moderation of structured problem-solving processes (e.g. 8D) with quality-relevant deviations with suppliers and internal departments. Initiation, implementation and monitoring of quality and process improvement measures for the sustainable increase of supplier performance. Implementation of supplier audits, training and qualification measures on quality, lean and product-specific requirements. Building and developing long-term supplier relationships to support corporate goals and the zero-error strategy. Job Description Qualify, evaluation, and develop suppliers through audits, assessments, and regular performance reviews. Analyze supplier quality, delivery, and performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Lead and activities structured problem-solving (e.g., 8D) for supplier-related quality issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Initiate, implement, and monitor quality and process improvement programs to enhance supplier performance and product quality. Conduct supplier audits, training sessions, and qualification related to quality, lean manufacturing, and product-specific requirements. Strengthen and develop strategic supplier relationships to support business objectives and the company's zero-defect strategy.

Profile Complete degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering or comparable technical discipline. More than 5 years of professional experience in quality management in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of quality management methods and auditor training. Very good knowledge of English in word and writing (C1). Expressed analytical, communicative and organizational skills and readiness to travel. Qualifications Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline. More than 5 years of experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of quality management methods and completed auditor training. Fluent English language skills (C1). Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with willingness to travel.
