Be part of our team in one of the most beautiful industries in the world and be responsible for: Monitoring system stability and proactive error detection Support for users when using the ERP system Analysis and solution of technical and functional problems/interfaces in the ERP system and connected interfaces Documentation of system errors and their solutions Identification of Improvement Potentials and Optimization of Business and IT Processes for the Permanent Removal of Disturbations Cooperation with software developers, consultants and key users to analyze and implement system changes verification of systemic process conversions by functional and integration tests Preparation of test reports, operating documentation and instructions

Successfully completed training or study with focus on business management, IT, logistics or comparable background Experience in ERP environment (ideally Microsoft Dynamics AX) Professional experience in support or administration of applications First professional experience (possibly also through internships) in supply chain management (purchasing procurement, warehouse logistics, distribution logistics, customs, goods control) Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Designed analytical and solution-oriented thinking High reliability and a strong sense of responsibility High self-initiative and strong hands-on mentality Nobody is perfect!
