Head of Technology & Development EMC / Shielding Systems (m/f/d)

This role focuses on the technological advancement of EMC/HF technology and the existing product platforms. One focus is on the further development of existing solutions such as HF doors, HF windows and other screening systems. You analyse existing products, materials and constructions, question them critically and develop them consistently in technological, manufacturing and application-related aspects. In addition, advance the basic technical work in the field of electromagnetic shielding, field theory and high-frequency technology and thus create the basis for future product generations You develop, plan and conduct technical tests, measurement series and validations, evaluate the results and derive concrete optimization and development steps Your task will be rounded off by close cooperation with design, production and external development partners

You have a successfully completed study of electrical engineering, communications technology, high-frequency technology or physics (Diplom or Master) Alternatively, you have a technical training with further qualification (e.g. technicians or comparable engineering degree) and have built up deep practical expertise in the fields of EMC, HF technology or screening technology for many years.
