As part of your internship, you support us in building a future-oriented knowledge base in ServiceNow. Your focus is on the structural and content analysis of existing knowledge base articles to ensure their quality, consistency and legibility – including AI-based systems. This is what awaits you: Analysis and Optimization of Knowledge Base Content in ServiceNow Support in preparing the knowledge base for AI-based use Cooperation with international teams and departments insights into IT service processes and global knowledge management The mandatory practice can begin from July 2025.
