They develop cross-departmental standards in the field of personnel development (further education strategy, content, training catalogues or concepts per target group, guides etc.) In addition, you are contact persons for employees and executives with questions about development opportunities at VS and accompany corresponding discussions They contribute to the annual implementation of strategic personnel planning as well as targeted follow-up and career planning They organize internal development programs for individual groups and develop these continuously Your further tasks include the development and implementation of tools for the analysis of existing and future required qualifications and skills In addition, you will regularly analyse the skills needed in the future with the departments and develop approaches to ensure that these skills are available to a sufficient extent. They examine and organize possibilities of employee support both internally and external cooperation partners They conduct potential analyses of internal employees and derive appropriate development measures You will also conduct regular evaluations in the areas of personnel planning, personnel development/talent management They work with the selection and implementation of supportive HR IT systems and tools
