Type of employment: Limited Working time: Full time Place of work: Wernau As a Master of Science in the Process Management degree programme, with the focus on technical processes, you support us in the Business Digital Office area in digitizing customer processes and implementing international IT projects. In the dual training system at the Bosch Home Comfort Group, theory and practice are closely linked. Qualified lecturers of the Dual Universities teach you theoretical knowledge while collecting your practical experience in the company. You work in an international team on strategically relevant IT projects and business process concepts focusing on S/4HANA Sales. You drive forward the development of the S/4HANA templates and support the worldwide rollout. In addition, you will participate in the introduction and continuous further development of GenAI solutions as well as the optimization of IT business processes and bring the contents of your studies into practice. Education: Bachelor in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, Digital Media or a comparable degree programme Experiences and know-how: first experience with IT project management, GenAI and process management in sales processes based on SAP desirable Personality and work: you are convinced by your communication strength, a structured and flexible way of working, and your enthusiasm, team capacity and your sense of responsibility; Self-responsibility, reliability, self-initiative as well as a pronounced customer and target orientation and a safe occurrence round off your profile Enthusiasm: IT-Affinity Languages: Treatable German and very good English, Japanese knowledge are beneficial
