Commissioning Engineer for X-ray Tubes (m/f/d)

You play a central role in the production of our high-resolution microfocus X-ray tubes and ensure that our systems are precisely mounted, tested and reliably put into operation. Your tasks include: Assembly of mechanical components and assemblies for open X-ray tubes Construction and integration of complex assemblies according to technical drawings and production documents Structure, wiring and connection of electromechanical components Commissioning of X-ray tubes and associated systems performing adjustment, adjustment and function and plant tests Analysis and elimination of malfunctions Implementation of repairs and rework within the framework of quality assurance Transport-proof packaging of finished X-ray tubes Special technical projects and support for development Documentation of assembly, testing and commissioning steps

The activity requires a high degree of technical understanding, precision and self-responsibility in handling highly sensitive X-ray technology. You therefore have the following profile: Complete technical vocational training, e.g. as a precision mechanic, industrial mechanic, mechatronic or electronics technician for equipment and systems or a comparable qualification Experience in the assembly of mechanical and electromechanical assemblies Knowledge of technical drawings and production documents Basic knowledge of electrical / electronics Careful, structured and independent operation High quality awareness and technical understanding Teamability, reliability and high initiative as well as commitment German language skills in word and writing
