Customer Business Development Assistant (d/w/m)

JOB PURPOSE

**WHAT WHAT DO NOT HAVE

• Support of the sales team in customer support
• Development of sales rounds to present innovation projects
• Implementation & Tracking of channel-specific or customer-specific omnichannel activations
• Assortment management support, Omni-Channel (e.g. creation of assortment recommendations, implementation of in- and out-of-use planning, listing monitoring)
• Support in the arrangement & planning of actions incl. Missing tracking in cooperation with the respective Key Account Manager
• Implementation of market and competition analyses
• Processing and analysis of internal and external sales data for specific questions of the channel/customers
• Care & optimization product content online
• Process control: stock and order management as well as master data
• Time, holidays and donation management for the Modern Trade CBD Team

WHAT MUST

Experiences & qualifications:

• Completed economic studies or completed vocational training
• FMCG experience
• First experiences in dCommerce and online trading or adjacent function
• Experience in handling and evaluating large amounts of data
• Very good German and English skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
