Together with your colleagues, you are managing and developing our Enterprise Service Management solution based on Matrix42 Enterprise Service Management.

You implement innovative ITSM solutions and control deployment into the productive system environment.

You always have a look at the system performance of our ESM platform, both in the application and in the Microsoft SQL database, and carry out analyses in case of a mistake to trace the causes of incidents.

In addition, you support us in the further development of the monitoring of our environment, including its interfaces to third-party systems, and expand it if necessary for sensible sensors.

In addition, you are a technical contact for our internal Process Owner and supports our upstream support teams as an escalation entity in the sense of the Incident Management Process.

In addition to a completed IT training, you will bring relevant IT support experience.

You have already made first experiences in the technical operation of server systems based on Microsoft Windows and IIS.

Advantageous, but not absolutely necessary, are prior knowledge of common script languages such as JavaScript, SQL or Powershell.

In addition, you have a good understanding and are able to work into complex operations.
