Head of development projects from design to series production Ensuring the timely and budget-compliant implementation of projects and the availability of resources Creation of status reports, milestone assessments and risk assessments Organisation and moderation of meetings, deriving decisions and ensuring implementation Creation and maintenance of development-related documentation according to regulatory requirements Early identification of risks and disturbances in the course of the project and the development of appropriate countermeasures Control of stakeholders (e.g. customers, regulatory authorities, suppliers, internal departments)

Completed studies in medical technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science or a comparable technical or scientific study programme Funded technical understanding, ideally in the fields of medical technology, electronics, software development or systems engineering Multiannual professional experience as a project manager or in a comparable function – preferably in the regulated environment (e.g. medical technology, railway, aviation, automotive, pharmaceutical) Understanding product development processes (e.g. V-model, waterfall, agile approaches) Knowledge of regulatory standards such as EU-MDR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304 Confidence with international authorisation procedures (e.g. CE marking, FDA approval) Safe handling of classic and agile project management methods Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Project-related readiness to travel in a manageable manner Representative communication, leadership and conflict resolution competence High level of negotiation skills, team orientation, initiative, self-reflection and sense of responsibility
