You are responsible for the analysis, modelling and optimization of business processes in all organizational units You create and maintain process documentation and actively contribute to strategic and operational projects in the field of automation In close cooperation with IT, controlling, quality management and specialist managers, you will develop measures to increase efficiency, quality and digitalization You contribute to the implementation and further development of data governance and support the establishment of uniform standards in dealing with data Your area of responsibility is rounded off by developing suitable process characteristics, in cooperation with the specialist departments and the controlling, for deriving potential for action

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) (m/w/d) as well as experience in process management Good knowledge of iskv_21cng, Microsoft Office applications and process modeling software and DIN-ISO certifications are desirable. You understand how to reconcile efficiency and customer orientation as part of process optimization You have a very good understanding of IT-supported processes, interfaces and automation potentials Your profile is rounded off by an eye for optimization potential, design will and IT affinity
