We implement demanding construction projects in the healthcare sector throughout Germany – from smaller doctoral practices to medical care centres to new hospital buildings.

Our services include architecture, fire safety specialist planning, structural design and building physics – all from a single source. Since 2018, we have been part of BKW Engineering, the largest association of independent engineering, architecture, expert and testing companies in the DACH region.

We are looking for you – as a building management / object monitoring building (w/m/d) health care.

Creation and support of our turnkey construction projects on site, including monitoring of qualities, dates and costs, as well as coordination of the structures involved in the construction to support the project manager at the construction site Responsibility for the target-actual control based on plans and early detection of unexplained detailed questions in the execution Development of feasible solutions together with our planners and function as a link between planning department and construction Verification of dimensions and performance of the audit using our AVA software Bechmann Management of appointments as part of regular construction consultations and sustainable logging of problems and decisions taken early recognition of yield potentials as well as contractor-representing handling of receivables; VOB-safe management of legally relevant correspondence

Complete study in the field of civil engineering or architecture or a comparable qualification (masters and technicians not excluded) Multiannual professional experience in construction monitoring Funded knowledge in HOAI, VOB and in the current MS Office programs Experience in the handling of AVA software as well as in the holistic and careful auditing of accounts – from the inspection to the audit sheet – as the basis for successful construction projects Embossed organisational and communication skills Loadability and readiness for construction sites and inventory Structured working and engagement Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
