GARANTIE is written to us Own-responsible processing of warranty claims and warranty cases for our various brands.

Examination of warranty claims and settlement of complaints in compliance with internal guidelines and legal requirements.

Communication with customers, traders and manufacturers for the quick and satisfactory solution of warranty and service cases.

Documentation, reporting and optimization of processes to ensure a smooth warranty process.

Supporting the team in quality and process improvements.

Guarantee us your skills Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.

Professional experience in the field of guarantee processing, complaint management or expertise desirable.

Safe handling of MS Office; Knowledge of ERP systems of advantage.
