You want to be part of an internal project team that introduces Salesforce at Schubert and strategically anchored in the company? Then take a central role in the introduction, support and further development of our Salesforce system and shape the digital basis for customer-oriented processes together with specialist areas, IT and external partners.

Working in the internal project team to introduce Salesforce at Schubert Analyze, implement and prioritize technical requirements around the new system Support and further development of Salesforce in close cooperation with the departments Translating process requirements into suitable system solutions and configurations Tuning with internal interfaces as well as external service providers and implementation partners Support for testing, rollouts, training and sustainable system implementation Ensuring a high user orientation and a structured further development of the platform

Complete studies in IT, in business informatics or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems, ideally in introduction, support or further development A Salesforce certificate or comparable qualification is desirable Understanding customer-oriented business processes, CRM structures and digital workflows Joy in cooperation in project teams with departments, IT and external partners Structured, solution-oriented and communicative mode of operation Very good German and good English skills
