A degree in the field of home management (e.g. ecotrophology, food and food management, food & beverage management) or a comparable qualification Management and practical experience in the fields of food supply, maintenance and laundry services in senior institutions Ideally a qualification and experience in quality management You have well-founded knowledge of HACCP, the hygiene regulations (IFSG) and the DGE quality standards or are willing to acquire them at short notice A safe handling of the MS Office package and digital skills Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation A communication-strong and empathic personality You are part of the Cellitinneninstitut für Qualitätssicherung (CIS) and form the Management Board
