As a manager, you take responsibility for the operation of the café, control processes, plan the range and guide your team with heart and mind. Type of employment: Full time

You represent cafes as part of the Thalia bookshops and ensure a good customer experience. You support the organization of the cafe drain, checklists and take over the goods and product order. In the absence of the cafe management, you take responsibility for all workflows. You implement the HACCP concept and pay attention to hygiene regulations. With passion you prepare coffee specialties, cold drinks and our foods and present them appealingly.

Customer Care & Service: You represent the cafés within the Thalia bookshops, soaring for an outstanding customer experience and being the first respondent for our guests. Café organisation & procedures: You support the organization of the cafe company, checklists and take over the goods and product order. In the absence of the cafe management, you independently coordinate the workflows. Hygiene & quality standards: You consistently implement the HACCP concept and ensure that all hygiene regulations are complied with. Preparation & Presentation: With passion you prepare coffee specialties, cold drinks and foods and present them appealing to our guests.
