As Head of Department of Production (m/w/d), you take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of your department. In doing so, you take responsibility for achieving the department goals and increasing department efficiency and quality. As well as the implementation and responsibility of the production strategy over several sites and the introduction of optimization measures. The following tasks are performed: Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees to strengthen target orientation in the field of competence Ensuring a task-oriented organisation (in the assigned field of expertise) Verification of compliance with legal and collective provisions, operating arrangements and operational processes Introduction of measures for target/actual deviations as well as the identification, analysis, recommendation and implementation of current trends and optimization potentials Ensuring quality, time and cost framework as well as delivery and acceptance Implementation of active competence management (including qualification maintenance, adaptation and development qualification) Resource planning, priority and responsibility for the tasks of the department to be processed, taking into account the departmental objectives Participation in the strategic orientation of the business area. Construction and maintenance of infrastructure to ensure production processes and production processes. Creation and implementation of concepts for large scale production and production shifts to other locations

Complete studies in the field of production technology, computer science, electrical engineering, communications technology or comparable Multiannual professional and leadership experience in a production plant, focusing on integration/final assembly of purchased (specially manufactured) components (e.g. electronic/electro-optical components) Wide knowledge of serial production and transmission in series production Experience in process control, cost control and change management Safe handling of MS Office, SAP and relevant production tools Wide knowledge of Lean Management Knowledge of ISO 9.100 desirable English knowledge in word and writing Global readiness Entrepreneurial thinking and action, strong negotiation and communication skills and enforcement skills
