Senior Consultant Supply Chain Digitalization for the Process Industry (m/f/d)

Transformation: Together with our customers in the process industry, you shape the digital development of their supply chain processes, develop technical target images and translate requirements into sustainable digital solution approaches. Process analysis: Systematically analyze requirements along the supply chain in areas such as procurement, distributors management, warehouse, intralogistics, planning and customer service, and derive relevant fields of action as well as implementable process and digitization concepts. Solution development: Together with customers, you develop digital approaches for supply chain processes and introduce topics such as demand planning, production planning and AI-based use cases. Portfolio: With your professional know-how, you can get into our consulting services and support acquisition activities with your expertise.

Education: You have completed your studies, for example in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, BWL, Logistics or a comparable qualification. Consultancy experience: With at least 6 years of experience in consulting for the process industry, you have already accompanied customers in industries such as chemistry, steel, gas & oil, consumer goods or building materials and know their specific requirements. Supply chain competence: You understand end-to-end processes along the supply chain and know the typical challenges in procurement, logistics, planning and customer service, so that you can safely translate professional requirements into their impact on planning, processes and systems. Digitization: You bring a strong understanding of digital supply chain processes, systems and data models and implement requirements using relevant ERP, SCM or logistics platforms such as SAP, WMS, TMS or planning solutions into suitable system and process solutions. AI competence: You understand the potentials of AI for supply chain processes and develop suitable use cases together with our customers for data-driven decisions and digital process support. Language skills: Your very good knowledge of German and good English allows you to communicate safely.
