With your abilities, you actively contribute and gradually take responsibility for exciting tasks, such as systematic and efficient advice and support in accordance with the BW Bank advisory quality as part of the holistic advice private banking. Our team enriches your experiences and fresh ideas.

You focus on speech activities on potential customers and redeemers using old and new channels as well as the complex advice of these customers. No day like the other - from active market processing and dedicated new customer acquisition to new and old channels to the development of asset structure recommendations/active depot management. You transfer customers from the analogue to the digital world, drive active customer communication via digital media, and integrate specialist consultants in a targeted and demand-driven manner. You increase market penetration and revenue according to agreed quantitative and qualitative objectives. You are responsible for the implementation of comprehensive expert and object-oriented advice in all fields of benefit, including credit, using all available consulting tools and compliance with quality aspects such as documentation and WpHG. You appreciate the exchange with others and make a knowledge transfer within the LBBW. So we create new things together and you can further develop.

The basis for your success is a completed economic studies (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) or a bank-business training with professional qualification (e.g. bank-run business). You have knowledge of the relevant active and passive products as well as a secure handling of new, digital functionalities and media (including knowledge of digital service options) and can optimally score (first) experiences in customer consulting in a bank. You convince with the pleasure of expanding customer connections and work customer-oriented and service-ready. New customer acquisition is a motivating challenge for you. In addition, you score with pronounced communicative skills as well as cooperation and negotiation skills. With your curiosity and your creative thinking, you want to grow and get ready to familiarize yourself with new topics.
