• First practical knowledge of building management desirable
• Result-oriented and business-economic thinking and action
• Safe handling of MS Office, mobile computer systems and handling of CAFM systems desirable
• Self-conscious and safe occurrence and pro-active operation
• Ready to travel in the Dresden/Chemnitz region
• Driving license class B required

Your responsibility

• Maintenance, inspection, repair and testing of electrical equipment in changing objects
• Execution of electrical installations and evaluation of plant conditions
• Ensuring optimal availability of all systems
• Support and support of foreign companies in maintenance and repair work
• Perform and maintain fault, testing, maintenance and inspection reports
• Participation in the occasional standby service and readiness to call

Your working hours

• From now on, unlimited
• Full time, 40 hours/week
• Monday to Friday, 5 days/week
• Ready to call, partly on weekends
