Production Worker/Operator/Microtechnologist (m/f/d)

These are your tasks:

• They operate highly complex systems for producing high-end photomasks under clean room conditions. These are the most modern systems for the production of photomasks for all process steps and quality checks based on customer specifications. The special challenge for production is the very high quality requirements for the product. • They guarantee compliance with the demanding customer specifications and react with deviations according to defined process instructions in order to ensure the proper functioning of the integrated circuits in our customers. • You work in our continuous layer system: Layer duration 12 hours, rhythm: 2x day shift, 2x night shift, 4 days free.

This will bring you:

• With a successfully completed vocational training, preferably in the technical or commercial field, or with an equivalent profile of experience, you can look for the entry of the profession or a new challenge. • A general, good technical understanding and a high degree of self-organization are just as good as performance, flexibility and a team-oriented working style. • They are routined in dealing with the PC, working very well in different teams and can inspire themselves for new things. • Communication strength and good German skills (minimum level B1) complete your profile.

The position shall be fixed for a period of 2 years.
