Preparation of batches for final release Examination of the completeness of batch documentation Verification of compliance for production and testing instructions and applicable work instructions Transfer of detected deviations into the deviation system Providing documents for revision and initiation of approval circulation Outputting batch reports of all workflows Sending the delivery note after release of the batch and completion of the batch report Creation, storage and shipping of batch or Certificates of analysis Archiving of batch reports including checking for completeness compared to the output batch reports Creation of the maintenance of work instructions (SOP's) for your own task area

Complete training as a chemical laboratory, CTA or comparable scientific training Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry Very good knowledge of valid GMP regulations regarding documentation and aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing processes PC application knowledge with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook programs Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Coordination and a systematic and solution-oriented approach Communication strength with high team orientation and a cross-departmental approach Careful, structured, efficient and conscientious functioning Working time model: 37.5 hours / week
