Our products and services are used in the therapy and care of critical and chronically ill patients. – Full-time – mobile work partially possible – limited – Please submit English-language application documents The role In this position, you assume the global responsibility for the product and portfolio management of our IV disposable products (focus on infusion and transfusion lines). You shape the portfolio strategy, drive development forward, harmonize the range and manage lifecycle management. At the same time, you act with a high degree of autonomy and act as a central global interface and decision-making authority for all product- and portfolio-relevant topics. You will find the right balance between global standardization, regional market needs and regulatory requirements.

Management of portfolio development projects and optimization and harmonisation of the global IV disposable portfolio Bundling and prioritizing market requirements at global level and translation into portfolio and product activities Initiation and support of new product developments over the entire product life cycle Regular monitoring of portfolio business development at global level using financial KPIs Support for cross-functional projects through product knowledge and portfolio overview Central product interface for the markets, including clear portfolio communication (e.g. product launches, changes, phase outs) Coordination and support of global product launches in close coordination with the Commercial Team and internal stakeholders Representation of market interests in quality-related topics, including complaints and post-market activities

University degree in business or a life science discipline (e.g. nutrition, biology, pharmacy, medicine) and/or professional experience Qualification in nursing / medicine flowing English skills in word and writing proven experience in the MedTech industry, ideally in the field of infusion technology Embossed organizational skills Safe handling of MS Office Entrepreneurial thinking, communication strength and enforcement Team-oriented working and high motivation
