One main objective of this is the development, conception and further development, the energy consulting services for housing owners communities. The conceptual foundations for consulting the target group are laid. The new colleague accompanies the concept of implementation, examines the results and continuously develops concepts and formats. He or she, as a tandem, works closely with the WEGEnergie adviser of the BEA to bring the advice to the WEGs. He or she plans events and public relations on the topic, creates texts for reports and website. He or she lifts and controls the utilization of the offers. The person has an overview of the topic WEG and, together with BEAKolleg, develops the central BEA consulting offer and cooperates with external partners. The focus is on planning and control. The implementation of energy consultations is also part of the job profile.

Competence on ''Experts'' level, based on a (specialist)high school degree with a technical focus (engineering, architecture, etc.) Multi-year professional experience Also advantageous are the completion of the training as a certified building energy consultant*in and experience in the energy consulting for residential buildings, ideally in the area of multi-family houses. We present a structured person for which trans parentes project management belongs to the hand tools. It should be able to communicate professionally and responsive to target groups and to bring joy in learning. The new colleague should be able to understand the different concerns of the target group and respond to the needs. It would be nice if he or she felt safe to take over even moderations or presentations before audiences.

The place is indefinite to occupy parttime (19.5 hours/week). The remuneration – here according to E 11 to E12 – depends on the TVÖD VKA. The grouping into the group 12 is linked to a degree as a certified energy consultant*in. We offer 6 weeks of vacation per year and a grant to the Deutschlandticket. Our offices are in the middle of Bonn City. Individual home office days are possible in agreement.
