Project Manager/Architect (m/f/d)

You are responsible for managing projects with all related tasks, such as, for example, the technical guidance in the team and decisions in the project. You judge existing buildings and create usage concepts for university locations throughout Germany. You assist in the examination and approval of existing construction projects of non-university research institutes, provide expert opinions and advise the Federal and Länder donors in the field of construction. You judge building templates with regard to land and cost structure as well as cost-effectiveness and efficiency. You develop concepts for New Work, New Learning, New Teaching and accompany the implementation processes. You develop project designs, are responsible for creating offers and calculations, as well as offering clarification with clients. You contribute to cross-business projects on campus development and to the strategic development of the HIS-HE portfolio and develop solutions and future-oriented concepts and methods. You represent HIS-HE to the outside at network meetings and conferences as well as through lectures and publications.

You bring a master's degree in architecture. You have several years of professional experience as project manager:in/architect:in, ideally in the planning and realization of educational, research and/or university buildings. You have well-founded experience in project, quality and risk management, in building and initial equipment costs, as well as in offering and budgeting. You have a pronounced analytical and strategic thinking with a high degree of implementation. Negotiating skills are one of your strengths. You will also keep an overview under time pressure. You are open-minded and team-capable as well as in-packing and learning-loving. You communicate and present safely, write precise and work routined with common MS Office applications (a.b. Excel).
