You are responsible for the solution and answering complex customer service concerns in the district heating division, which can initially not be clarified by 1st level support. You are responsible for the development and continuous care of knowledge management as well as the preparation of relevant remote heat-specific information for the 1st level support. You support the preparation and implementation of outbound actions (e.g. impact, tariff or contract adjustments) as well as other processes in district heating. You take responsibility for the continuous improvement of inventory customer management of district heating, among other things by working in relevant projects. You are in a regular exchange with the interface areas (in customer management, district heat distribution and NGD) on current and upcoming topics.

We require you to complete commercial vocational training with additional qualification (e.g. energy specialist) and relevant professional experience in the energy industry. You have pronounced communication skills (especially in correspondence and telephony) in dealing with customers as well as a high service orientation and affinity for customer needs and processes. Acquired knowledge of SAP IS-U, good knowledge of the SAP Service Cloud, and relevant energy-economic knowledge about legal and regulatory requirements (preferably in the district heating department) complete your professional profile. Team spirit, independent working, implementation strength, holistic thinking as well as good analytical skills characterize you. You also have the necessary digital skills (Microsoft Office knowledge (365, Excel, Word, MS Teams, SharePoint), Jira, Confluence).
