For a customer in public administration based in Neuss, we are looking for

The body shall be placed beforehand by transfer of workers. We offer you as a commercial employee (w/m/d):

Own-responsible identification, maintenance and management of fee-relevant data to ensure correct billing Creation and processing of fee and change decisions in compliance with legal and internal requirements Implementation and monitoring of all processes of charge collection in the field of financial and accounting Analysis and evaluation of data sets for quality assurance and optimization of accounting processes Close cooperation and coordination with internal specialist departments and local authorities to ensure smooth flow of information and legal fee processing

Completed training in commercial or administrative matters Experience in contact with customers Very good communication skills Safe handling of MS Office products Ready to work in new software Certain and very structured working methods Embossed team capability and reliability and loadability
