As Head of Connected Quality (m/w/x) within our Business Unit software, you are responsible for our software product family of the same name and the associated development teams. Connected Quality, a central measurement technology hub that intelligently connects measurement systems, operators and quality data worldwide – thus raising the quality of our customers' production and production process to a new level. Your role As a business owner, You take over the overall responsibility for the success of the CONNECTED QUALITY product family – from product idea to development to market success – and thus play a key role in the success of the product.

You develop and sharpen a forward-looking product vision and roadmap for the CONNECTED QUALITY product family, in which customer needs, market trends, competitive analyses and strategic corporate goals are consistently linked and focused on a clear, impact-oriented target image.

You are responsible for the design, control and sustainable further development of the CONNECTED QUALITY product family and ensure that it is in line with the software portfolio, real added value for our customers: it is constantly sharpened in the early learning phase through structured concepts of business model, pricing, sales approach and channels as well as courageous market experiments.

You work closely with product management, sales, marketing, order management and application technology, sharpen product requirements, synchronize roadmaps and drive Go to Market initiatives including sales enablement in international markets.

You run two agile, cross-functional teams with roles such as product manager:in, product owner, system architect:in and software developer:in – with two direct disciplinary reports – and design a valuable work environment in which the team likes to contribute.

You continue to develop your employees in a strengthening-oriented manner, encourage them to take responsibility and promote open feedback and learning culture, where successes are celebrated, identify potentials and address challenges transparently.

You continuously develop the agile working methods of your teams and involve stakeholders at an early stage to make product development resource-saving, high quality and efficient.

For several years, You have been interdisciplinary and professionally agile multi-site teams, ideally you have already managed executives, set up teams and developed them as a coach. You make sound business-strategic decisions, align product development consistently with business and customer goals and assume responsibility for impact and results.

You bring several years of experience in product management and (agile) software development, ideally in the field of production, connectivity, MES, SaaS, IoT or similar in the industrial environment (measuring technology, production) and have already successfully accompanied software products from conception to market launch.

You communicate safely with different stakeholders (management, customers, development, sales) and convey vision, goals and priorities clearly and convincingly.

You use agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) in a sovereign manner and actively promote the further development towards more agility, transparency and self-responsibility.

You think in solutions, capture technical and technical relationships quickly and develop pragmatic, creative ideas for implementation.
