Your tasks include:

Data storage in the area of new construction and maintenance (building number allocation and application of the basic data in SIB constructions) Keeping and assuming control of the correct and completeness of the inventory overview plans as well as the building books, correspondence with the construction managers and construction supervisors Provision of building data for the test teams/quality assurance Preparing tenders for building tests and traffic safety Organisation, documentation and updating of team-internal workflows

You should bring this with you:

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) In-depth knowledge of construction engineering Experiences in dealing with all programmes necessary for the exercise of activity such as NWSIB-Online, SIBBW, AutoCAD Experiences in dealing with current MS Office programs
