As an accompanying consultancy, you understand the development process of people and our organization with regard to a person-centric attitude. You thus ensure the quality of person[en]centric participation at a high professional level. In case of need, you will provide advice on the management of your interests in case of specific requests and, in individual cases, provide short-term support/consultation of clients. You conduct diagnostics and psychotherapy and reflect in intervision and supervision. You cooperate closely with the educational staff as well as specialist therapists, doctors and clinics. You create documentation and reports related to therapies.
