For our workshop we are looking for dedicated

in full-time, as a medical representation, initially limited to one year.

Your tasks

Support: Employees with disabilities need individually adapted assistance at their workplace. They therefore take over, among other things, the technical-pedagogical guidance and support as well as, if necessary, assistance- and compensation-related services for personal hygiene.

On humans: They accompany the execution of the production processes in the respective groups and coordinate the incoming production orders within the teams.

**They are designed to promote individual life and provide assistance in the professional development of individual goals in accordance with the participation planning.

*Responsibility: *Your organizational talent is in demand, because the documentation is also one of your tasks.

Your profile

Qualifications:They have completed further training on the specialist for work and professional promotion, training as a curative caregiver*in or comparable qualifications and ideally have experience in dealing with people with disabilities.

Empathy:It brings joy to the accompaniment of people, you can feel into these and their lives and want to contribute to participation and diversity of people with different disabilities in society.

**They reflect your own actions and value your educational development. Self-employed work gives you pleasure. We are also looking forward to your suggestions to develop our facility.

**They are owned by a Class B licence and provide sound knowledge of reporting.
