Your tasks: You support the savings bank consultants and consultants of various sales units in the sale of all essential insurance products (digital or in presence). You carry out training and coaching measures in the insurance business. You actively advise and demand-oriented private and asset customers. You contribute to sustainable customer support and to the production of new customers. Your profile – let us inspire you: You have successfully completed a training as a merchant for insurance and finance (m/w/d) or a comparable training. You have been working successfully in the insurance industry for several years, in particular in sales. First experience in the implementation of specialist training and training at the workplace is desirable. You have extensive knowledge of all essential insurance products. You bring a pronounced sales orientation as well as a conclusion-oriented thinking and action. You have a safe appearance, show a high commitment and self-initiative. Your affinity in dealing with digital media is just as good as your openness to technical innovations.
