The Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences operates a zdi-student laboratory within the framework of the Landesinitiative Zukunft. Students of all types of school can discover their technical and scientific talent here in demonstration lectures and workshops. The subjects Mathematics (M), Computer Science (I), Natural Sciences (N) and Technology (T) are put into engineering relationships in the student laboratory and lead to the degree programs of the Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences. We are looking for applicants who address the diverse tasks and extraordinary challenges at a university with a lot of commitment and motivation and keep an overview in stress situations.

The organization of the zdi student laboratory is your main task. They take over the independent conception and implementation of events (workshops) with children and young people. preparatory work necessary for the course implementation, e.g. the preparation of teaching materials or the establishment of the laboratory are also carried out. They work closely with professors, staff and student assistants from the Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences, especially in the development of new course ideas or integration into the program. The coordination of laboratory operations, cooperation with school contacts and the field of funding management and reporting round off your working day.

They have a completed (specialized) university degree with a scientific/technical focus or an equivalent qualification and enjoy natural science experimentation. You also have experience in dealing with children and adolescents. The detection of a didactic capability is advantageous. In exceptional cases, they will also be prepared for the course on weekends or in the evening hours. An independent, organized and team-oriented way of working as well as the joy of communication shape your character. They have very good German skills (C2 level).

The place is Hamm. Regulations on home office are available at the university. The two-year full-time job is to be filled at the earliest possible date. The grouping takes place according to the task of transferring and fulfilling the personal conditions up to the group of charges 11 according to the collective agreement for the public service of the countries (TV-L). The university has set itself the goal of promoting the professional future of women and explicitly calls for qualified women to apply. In the case of the same suitability, severely disabled persons are primarily employed.
