Support for the continuous development of the MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group’s “Compliance Management System” Professional responsibility and contact persons for all compliance-relevant issues also in the international context Support in the ongoing development, optimization and implementation of compliance programs, processes and rules Cooperation with various departments to integrate compliance requirements Training and consulting of employees in compliance topics Support in monitoring and ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and directives Processing of compliance instructions and supervision of the reporting system Own responsibility for carrying out compliance investigations also in the international environment Preparation of presentations and reports on compliance status and risks for management and other relevant bodies

Multiannual professional experience in compliance, including anti-corruption and money laundering prevention Special training of internal company investigations desired, but not necessarily required Extensive knowledge of relevant laws and regulations Embossed process understanding, analytical skills and high degree of self-employment Experience in project management Detailed but pragmatic mode of operation Embossed Stakeholder Management Mindset, strong communication skills combined with loyalty and team capability High integrity and sense of responsibility Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
