As a team leader Delivery Support Office, You support the General Manager IT Service Delivery in implementing strategies and developing service delivery. You are responsible for the implementation and optimization of the Target Operating Model (TOM) and act as a link between strategy, governance and IT management - with particular focus on efficient implementation and continuous improvement. You plan and implement transformation initiatives focusing on processes and supporting tools to efficiently adapt the organization to new requirements. You develop and implement strategies to continuously increase service quality. You continuously develop the Target Operating Model (TOM) on the basis of Lessons Learned, Audit Results and Strategic Requirements, and enable teams to use this purposefully in projects, processes and in daily business. You ensure compliance with internal processes and requirements (e.g. IT governance, frameworks) through systematic monitoring, clear KPIs and regular reviews. You work closely with Enterprise Architecture Management, IT Service Management, Process Management, Project Management and Controlling to fully optimize the organization. You build the Delivery Support Team and lead it to effectively support the organizational goals.

You have a degree in business informatics, IT management or a comparable field. You have several years of experience in consulting, ideally focusing on operating models, IT governance or service management. You have sound knowledge of service development, service transfer and service operation; Knowledge of ITSM tools such as JIRA or ServiceNow are of advantage. You have experience in implementing frameworks such as ITIL4, TOGAF, COBIT or SAFe. You are familiar with methods such as operating model canvas, capability mapping and value streams. You have pronounced communication and moderation capabilities and can communicate complex issues in a comprehensible manner. You convince by strategic thinking, high self-responsibility, structured working methods and a pronounced implementation strength.
