Your activities Ensuring the performance of the planning and implementation of customer orders of the entire Factory Line, monitoring of performance (quantities, throughput times etc.) by the Factory Line, performing status meetings internally (KAM) and externally Address-oriented monitoring and reporting of results to the Head Factory Line or the Customer (external) Preparing and ensuring an escalation management for contract-compliant order implementation Analysis, transparency of a rollout plan for all third-market customers in cooperation with the Vendor manager analysis and identification of measures for efficiency, potentials, etc., Implementation of project changes (technology and process sequence) within the organization Controlling and ensuring rental contract management and new acquisition

Your Skills Multiannual professional experience in controlling projects or in interface functions in the telecommunications, infrastructure or building environment, ideally in mobile radio rollout Very good knowledge of process management as well as the monitoring of key figures (e.g. KPIs, throughput times) Completed study or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience Experience in cooperation with various internal and external stakeholders and in complex project structures Experience in dealing with escalations, risks and project-related challenges Understanding customer requirements and economic relationships as well as a structured approach to optimizations Experience in implementing process changes or improvement measures Very good German and good English skills Ability to promote and coordinate issues independently Analytical thinking and a good understanding of relationships and processes High loadability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
