During your internship you will get exciting insights into the work of a company museum focusing on B2B. The internship ideally takes 6 months to give you a comprehensive insight into our activities. The work place is in Oberkochen and offers the possibility for hybrid work. In this position you will: In museum operations, in exhibition management, in internal and external communication, in the digital transformation of the museum and the multimedia guide as well as in the further development of guide concepts including their documentation

Self-research (for example in the ZEISS archive, products and historical contexts) and prepare the results for the needs of the museum

Supporting the team in various areas of responsibility, for example in improving processes, documentation of documents and research results, as well as in preparing and revising meetings, as well as in the front office if necessary

A degree (at least 4th semester) in a scholarly subject, e.g. media/communication sciences, information management, corporate communication or a comparable degree course

Great interest in museum work as well as historical and current topics and products, including company history

A structured, proactive, reliable and independent operation

Joy in team work and communication and organization

Routinized work with MS Office (VMS teams), Miro and first experiences AI tools

Very good knowledge of German and English for daily work
